Devansh Somvanshi

Designer & Developer.

Curious about how things work and building them right.

Hey, I'm Devansh. A product designer, with a background in engineering where I spent three years shipping flagship products used by millions across greentech, workforce enablement, and hospitality, at both startups and scale.

I care deeply about craft and detail, and about building products that are both functional and delightful.

Most good conversations start with a simple hello. Let's make it one

redBus

Redesigned RedBus checkout to capture the return trip, even without a date

Travellers book one way and leave the return for later, where it often goes to another app. A self-initiated RedBus concept that wins that revenue back by turning one booking into two, in the same checkout.

SideDoor

Designed and built SideDoor, a referral app and a Chrome extension

Referral DMs to strangers usually end in silence. A self-initiated iOS concept where each request arrives with the job ID and portal details filled in, and the candidate sees when it's submitted. A Chrome extension fills the portal for the referrer.

Side projects

When not working, I love tinkering with AI.

Tools I couldn't find and gadgets I missed, built for the browser. All of them are live. Go and poke at them.
